Odyssey Twisted Pedal (Plastic)
Discussion
Dont know if you guys have heard of these but there are a brilliant set of pedals.
Plastic platform pedal (unsealed) £9.00 a pair. And they weigh sod all!!
I've been using them on BMX (freestyle) for a couple of years now and they have taken some serious abuse with no problems at all. For you DH lot or those who prefer platform pedals, give them a shot and let me know what you think.
For £9.00 you cant go wrong.

Yeah Primo peds are lovely, but seriously once you try the twisted pedals you wont got back to the primos.
The lighter the bike the easier it is to throw around and less knackered you get after a session in the street/park/dirt!!
Also If your into pedal grinds the twisteds slide sweet!

Fair enough, I am just used to the fact that BMXs weigh a ton, and I would rather empty my bowels than go to the extra effort just for 100g.The lighter the bike the easier it is to throw around and less knackered you get after a session in the street/park/dirt!!

On my cross-county bike that is a different matter, but I only use BMX on the flat anyway...
