Managed to pre-order GTA IV for £30.00 through Empire home shopping, they also sent me a free steamer!!!

Whether or not I get it the game on the day of release I dont know!!

Good price, but they're fairly well known for having an awful service. I'd think you'll get it eventually, but don't be surprised if you have to give them a few calls to get it all through smoothly.
