Any of you technical wizards know how to transfer an existing saved game from an old to a new computer?

is it not a save file either in the root directory it was installed to or the users directory?

do a search on the name you saved your game as.

mydocs> Sports Interactive> Football manager> games

Just copy it and paste back in once you've installed it again

Thanks, transferred it across, but won't open - says "an unknown error has occured - no languages found"

Any ideas (as you've probably gathered am a bit of a luddite)?

Have you patched the game up to the same as the previous install. Other than that I don't know
