Are they supposed to be linked to Home? Similar to the 360's achievements?

I was thinking about this the other day as used to play online a bit with the 360 - also interested to see if there is something planned (when I can tear myself away from GT)

i really haven't got a clue, hardly heard anything, only that we were getting something similar to 360's achievments

In game trophy assets can be put on display in your private home space. wohoo.
