And here's the proof that nasty, cruel Mr N17 TVR didn't really strangle Max. Here they are at to-days, rather hot, Mid Essex meet.

Max is the one on the right...

FFS, I really can't believe that anyone really thought that N17 TVR would strangle Max... these people clearly; a) don't know the man, b) have nothing in the way of a sense of humour.

Anyway... Max is a lovely mutt... although he did try to exit his harness before N17 had stopped! - Mate, you looked SOOO embarrased

Thinking of arrangin mid-week meet up if you're interested... and I'm free next weekend, as discussed.

Good to see everyone there today. Amazed at what a Totty Magnet Max was. All those nice TVRs and all the girlies wanted to do was stroke the dog

Better make sure Mrs N17 comes next month to keep a eye on you mate

N17 - I see you've had Max neutered then - good idea to keep them in a multi-coloured bag for him to play with too!

PS Hope Max didn't have any of BigM's famous buns!

No Jigs - too bloody hot for cooking this weekend.

Think Max is 'entire' - must admit I didn't really have a good look - he is probably sitting on them.

There you are then, Pies - in answer to your question Big M says Max is going to sit on his 'entirities'.

PS Must be N17's 'entirities' in that nice multi-coloured bag then.

PPS Thought that Big M's 'entire' was too small a word.

Not quite, someone's nicked his tail!

(that nasty, cruel Mr N17 TVR most probably did it with a blunt hatchet in an idle moment)

Thanks to everyone for making Max so welcome , I can confirm that my embaressment knew no bounds when he decided to absail over the side of the car when we arrived.

Jigs I can assure you, that as Big M rightly confirmed that Max (currently) is carrying a full weapon system, although Mrs N17 TVR keeps looking at them and shaking her head, so i don't think they will be there much longer......

Bacardi - thanks for the drink it was a real life saver and the Panama(?) was a nice touch of class.

Hi all....Good to meet nearly all of you! and would like to say tks for the warm!!!! welcome.

"Max (currently) is carrying a full weapon system, although Mrs N17 TVR keeps looking at them and shaking her head, so i don't think they will be there much longer"......

I would like to raise a point against Mrs N17 TVR...
LET MAX KEEP EM...!!!!!
Then Mr N17 TVR has another option to keeping Max in contact with the vehicle i'm sure he wont be jumping out prematurely then...

Thanks guys. Thought I'd try and raise the sartorial elegance stakes amongst all the riff raff. Not sure about James Bond style; on me, more like Brooke Bond maybe, the chimp in the PG tips adverts.

Can't decide on black tie or morning coat with top hat for the next meet; it'll depend on the weather.

Now, there's an idea Pauline; how about fancy dress meets, with prizes for best outfit? We could have a different theme every month, Cowboys and Indians, Tarts and Vicars, Doctors and Nurses... Oooo er (now waiting for debs to admit she's already got a nurses outfit).
