A touch gruesome, so maybe don't click on this if the boss is passing, but it just goes to show the most dangerous part of mountain biking isn't always the riding!

Man, I am going to have to be careful when I finally teach my self maintenance on the discs and suspension on my Felt. I have managed to lose a finger nail using a crank extractor so I think a bit of PMI could be on the cards!

And if it was so 'easy' to do then wouldn't bike shops by full of mechanics with hands like Niknac's?

A friend of mine cut the end of his finger on a bandsaw, while i was with him,

he just said oh f***, as calm as you like, I said what,he said look, picked it up, still calm as you like, then popped to hospital completly unfazed.

Thats shock for you.

and no they could not sew it back on.

Thanx for the warning i will remember this each time i touch my disc's.

Gnarly.
