whats wrong with my car?

hey guys can any onehelp ive just replaced my 2 front subframe mounts on my car and i found the off side ones had spacers there (i dont think thats right) and the near side needed a spacer for the mount to fit flush to the shell as i was worring about this i measured the wheel base and found that the offside front wheel is 15mm further forwrd than the near whats going on ???? the car has pulled to the let slghtly for a whyle now but i thought it was just the tracking but now im not so sure. any thoughts or advise on this would be great!!

At a guess, it would seem as though your car has had a shunt in the past
However, don't panic Captain Mainwaring! You just need to determine where the wheelbase error comes from by 4-way alignment. A good body-shop will be able to help. The original workshop manual gives a complete dimensional diagram to work from.
When you know what is bent, you can address the actual problem rather than trying to make one error corret another.
