Hi,
after several years of exile I feel it's time to revert back to a TVR. However what have things been like since the factory shut? is buying a tamora say a viable choice. Are the speed six issues resolved? How is the supply of spares etc?

Cheers Stu

Pretty good bet at the moment. DEAD cheap and lots have been fettled and the ones that haven't can be by the various specialists with the required knowledge.

However - Get another Griff. yesthumbup

Good to hear you're coming back Stuart.
Another Griff - you know it makes sense. You could supercharge this one?

I was speaking to Andy at APM today about the good old NOS days....life was a gas then!

Seriously I'm looking at getting a Tamora, I love the griff to pieces, but I just want to get a bit more up to date.

I don't want to offend anyone (especially after the new forum rules) but I've always thought of the Tamora as a feminine car, not as in my Cerb is called 'svetlana' kind of feminine, but it's a car for women - no offence intended to male Tamora owners.

Why is that, and am I alone?

Says the driver of a pink car wink

I like Tamoras - I didn't when they first came out but having seen a few I must say they've grown on me and I'd consider one for sure.

I see a few at meets, and they look good, the owners love them, I've sat in one and liked the feel and positioning of everything, but still can't get the girlie thing out of my head.

I must have read something somewhere that has put this in my head - has it got a smaller engine (than the 6) did a reviewer not like it?

Oh, and i should take more B&W pics of the car biggrin
