i have seen one where the idiots had forgotton to weld the locators in for the rubber cones.
the one they sent to replace it had obviously been the same as you could see where some retrospective bodgery had been done to it
makes me laugh how they boast about how every thing is perfect and checked, yet mistakes galore get delivered to work then when you ring up they try and tell us that we are wrong.

Huw.... You'd do better to take the original frame - get it blasted, treat any corrosion, etch prime and then 2-pack it. As has been stated above - BMH quality isn't even as good as the original BMC/Leyland/BL days...
The sections are so thick, surface corrosion (that can be blasted and treated) just isn't an issue. Front subs never usually rot due to an unintentional liberal coating of engine oil...
