Anyone know about PSP problems?

I bought a PSP slim n lite and put a whole load of music and video on it from windows media player (using drag and drop) and it just won't recognise it. The memory card is a proper Sony Pro Duo 4gb which I formatted before putting music on. When I go to the music menu it displays all the artists and gives the capacity of the memory card, but it says '0 tracks' by each of the artist names. Anyone else had this?

I have Sonicstage from my old MP3 player, would this somehow corrupt it?

At a guess those files were maybe wma files which I'm not sure if a PSP can play?
I would the file formats you are using and see if they are compatible. Either that or Media Player is doing something weird to them.
