The mini Bug has already consumed most of my wallet for the last 5 years and would continue to do so if I had not left them in London, with the rest. My family has 6 at the moment, both my brothers have one, I have 2 and my father has 2.

Minimax, I'm in Heaton, work in Team Valley. Let me know if you want to meet up or somthing, go for a beer.

Paul V: Of course I'm keeping the minis, no way I'd part with them.

Wilcommen, Welcome, Bienvenue.

Top family there I see.

I cant for one minute think (with the possible exception of the Beetle) of a car that people get more emotionally attached to than the Mini.

My dad has 69 Traveller and Swiftune 72 S

My Bro has 89 1litre with Cooper/Janspeed head

My little Bro has a racing green. Std, but he is 15.

I've got one of those Cooper/Janspeed heads, what are they worth?

Not sure, they're a bit weird, I was told that it would be a push to use a high lift cam in it, because the valves are so big, designed for maximum power from a std cam, reckon you could get away with a 266 or 255.

Does it have unleaded inserts? If it does I may be interested.

Yeah it's unleaded, I’ve already got a buyer though, just wondered if the £80 he's offering is fair?

No, push for more as it willcost some where in the region of that to have a std head unleaded, and Janspeed heads are quite rare. I'd say it's probably about the same as a Stage 3 Minispares head.

Errr... not sure let me check mini spares and see what sort of price they are going for, over £100 though, it's about £100 for an unleaded conversion, I'd probably say £150 if you can get it.
