Got a Chinese on Thursday night. Got called away before even eating it, let it go cold, refridgerated it. Its now tuesday.

Safe to re-heat? There isnt any rice, only some ribs/lamb and a kung po chicken.

I'm thinking it'll be fine given a proper heating, I'm only concerned about the length of time really, its only 4 days in the fridge.

I totally forgot to check the replies on this, so I ate it anyway.

I pleased to report that all is well.

I did heat it to an unbelievably high temperature though, and for some time. (230c for about 15 mins)

So there you go. Chinese is ok after 5 days.

Without rice though.
