Fitting my seat Subframes- Help Please!

Can anyone please help?
I have bought a pair of subframes to fit some buckets to my mini but cannot for the life of me figure out how the will fit.
I have added a photo..

(hope I have done that correctly)
If so... as you can see the brackets from the subframe don't come anywhere near where the bolts for the original seats are.
Am I missing a fitting kit or something?
