EXHAUST FRONT PIPES

My front down pipes (1988 S1) are going to need some work. Before I decide how thorough I am going to be,is there a source of new pipes 'off the shelf'? Why do I have the suspicion that I am not going to like the answer?!

Thanks for that, silly not to check there first! Mine is a 2.8. They are listing stainless front pipes at £70 (doesn't mention VAT so presumably included) plus P&P. Now, do I treat 'her' to shiny new pipes to go with the rest of the stainless exhaust??????

not much more than the mild steel ones then - but then do you treat her to new manifolds too?

I have however yet to get the manifolds off the old engine to put on the new so that decision may get taken for me!

TVR Car Parts are plus vat plus carriage which adds up to quite a bit.
