When will there be an F1 Game on the XBOX 360?

I know there are currently licensing issues that mean that Sony has the exclusive rights, but does anyone know when this will end? Im really missing F1 on Xbox, so have resorted to playing F1 2001 on the PS2!

Sony's F1 exclusive licence has finished end of 07's season. I think Activision or EA have picked it up and the next lot will be cross platform.

the main rumour I heard is activision have it and are getting bizzare to make a x platform game - which should end up pretty good I think.

Maybe.
The rosters are dated, which shouldn't influence a purchasing decision, but the game got a pretty average score all round. When is the next one due out?

That's good news. I hope it is a good game, but to be honest even if it were average i would still enjoy driving the F1 tracks.

EA say they haven't got it, i'm hoping the Activision rumour has some substance.

Bizzare made PGR and the old F1 games, hope they can do a good console sim.

Give it to Simbin / Blimey, at least they would make a proper job of it. The last decent F1 game i played was GP4.

I would too, but with almost no free time, I have a rather shallow/un-gamer-like policy of never buying games which dont receive at least an 8/10. And with an F1 game, if you arent in a hurry, there is almost always another potentially much better one around the next chicane
