Windows Blinds for a Passat B6

Hi,
I'm after some Passat blinds for the rear window for my 55 plate (new shape) Passat B6 - I want some that will block out light from the window and the rear quarter - the generic Boots/Mothercare ones just don't fit right.
Windowsox aren't right as you can't use them if it's going to rain (and my son doesn't like them as he can't see out properly)
OE Sunshades (http://www.oesunshades.com/home.htm) are too expensive
Getting the windows tinted isn't what I'm after.
So I'm out of ideas - Has anyone else got any ideas?
