This might be the worst 'I've just been skiing' thread ever but I took the following photo last week and I'd like to get it printed so it's about a metre wide so it can be framed. Has anyone got a recommendation for a printer? Photobox appear to only go up to 50cm for panoramics.

Peak Imaging came out very well with Digital Photo Mag's larger print testing. They do a 45 inch by 15in for just under £20. Just over a metre and I don't know how tall your shot is but may be worth a look. http://www.peak-imaging.com/htmls/reprint.htm

Another option might be http://www.loxleycolour.com/

You'd be better having it on canvas

Fluid Images - www.fluid-images.co.uk

Tim is on the forum as well, although might be in hiding. He did a cracking job of a bridge stitch I made out in NY.
