what's my mk 5 gti worth

I have a 5 door mk5 gti that i am probably going to have to sell - wondering what the price would be for a private sale and for a trade... spec is:

metallic black
dsg
sat nav
full leather (with contrasting red stitching)
monza 2 alloys
winter pack
1 owner (me)
37,000 miles
first registered march 2006
full vw service history

In part ex you wont get 15k for that spec. They only offered me 15k for my similar specced 07 plate 3 door which has 12k on the clock.

There really doesnt seem to be a market for them at the moment! Typical when I need a diesel!

What I'm looking for - black/black with DSG, but unfortunatly sadly not at £15k for an 06.
Does it have balance of 3 year warranty or is it an import ?
