There should be 5 vipers making the trip this year, I know last year all the drivers had to VERY HARD on the brakes to slow down enough at the end with grass,bush's and a corner looming. I'm not sure what the braking distance was or is this time around
Not sure if they are using the same part of the runway this year, there's viewing this time by the finish line

we shall be leaving north hampshire round 12.30 on saturday ,dont know what time we will make the M1 but i am looking forward to seeing some interesting cars on the way including Vipers,weve got a viper down our way and all i can say is that its one lovely bit of kit.

funny you should mention that,i recall going to some sleepy village in the middle of the hants countryside and pulling into a pub carpark some years back..and bang straight in front of me was a red convertible viper..made me feel like a kid...you know the bit ,where you hang around and hope to hear it start up.
mentionend this to a mate and apparently this guy had 3(THREE) of these beasts in his possesion.
Will look out for you on the way up and wonder over to the nest at Elvington.
