Yup. My fingertips!

Trying a variant roast chicken (in a casserole with stock). Halfway throung, take off lid and foil. Wait two minutes. Bin the foil. Put lid in dish-AAAAAAAAaaaaarrrggghhhh!

Firm grip on freezerbag for the foreseeable future. grumpy

Dude, my fingertips have brought two freezer gel-bags to body temperature, and I'm now back on the first! Will continue for a little longer (i.e until both are too hot to work) before some kind of oil gets applied.
