Need some inspiration on what to have for dinner

Salmon steak, mashed potato, purple sprouting and a glass of wine followed by pears in port with cream

I normally go for some form of red meat when the O/H is out. You are a day late for making a chilli; how about a steak with mashed potatoes or chips?

Gone for filet stake in crushed black pepper mustard flash fry (dry) with prawns in garlic / lemon / butter, beetroot and potato hash
With a good Rioja

Tonight I had;

Seared Tuna seasoned with black pepper and sea salt
Lemon Crushed potatoes with Chilli
Green salad

All served with some light lemon mayo on the side.

For afters I will just have a blood orange and a banana.
