I love it, and I'm sure anyone else will confirm that the PC is the serious gamers' weapon of choice....but I doubt you'll be able to play with any PH members as they all seem to have 360 X boxes whatever they are tongue outwink

Cracking, love it!
With my 8800GTX graphics are great and smooth as you like!
And yes, I know it runs very well on much cheaper cards! smile

IMO the PC is the only format for FPSs but I guess I'm a bit of a purist.

I'd be up for some gamage with some PHers if they are interested. Do any of you use XFire or Comrade etc?

Yeah, I use xfire.
I think I'd better start playing it online first (having been playing a lot of GTL, GTR2 & TDU recently driving) before I get my arse kicked! hehe
Most FPS's I prefer on PC, I don't think I'd like CS:Source on 360...

be carefull if you have a dell with a realtek sound card, the game will not work.
had to sell mine on ebay as it is apparently a common problem!

You could always buy a cheap PCI soundcard. I had problems on my old PC with the Realtek sound but only if you turned on EAX. I think my current mobo uses SoundMAX (no Vista support for my Aureon Space frown)

got COD4 on the PC, never bothered with kiddy consoles - big thumbs and kiddy sized controllers, much prefer WASD and mouse smile

the game is good, online is interesting as higher levels can make themselves vanish from the map (tab) so of limited use, but seemed to do ok

same username as on here smile

Used to prefer FPS on PC but converted to xbox after getting fed up with cheating. Now I just get fed up with lag
