Come on, someone must have taken some? A very weird sky tonight with and awesome colour yet not a cloud in the sky. If I had a better backdrop, I'd have taken one...

Strange sunset. Orangey brown fog with a weird diffused light.

Was too busy failing to get a decent moon shot. Felt quite weird though with the light, everything went strangely yellow for a few mins

I do believe the sky over West London tonight had been photoshopped.

You know you've done too much RAW processing when you get up to find food, look in the kitchen and think 'Hmm, need to tweak the levels...'

You've just seen my cheese sauce, haven't you? The white balance was all wrong!

Then the "purple-headed broccoli" was all green - all the "purple" was washed away in a slip of the hue/saturation slider in the sink.....

Doh!

Never seen a sky like it. The colours were epic.

Unfortunately I was in work too late to capture it.

Quite agree. I don't think I've ever seen a sky that colour.

The entire countryside was orange as I drove home and almost like something from 'War of the Worlds'

Got some crap photos of the moon though!

Unfortunatey it was too foggy to get any decent shots of the landmarks around here (and I was too busy looking for subjects for the photo competition), but I did manage to capture this floating bag against the weird coloured sky.

I was so so so so upset not to have my cameras with me tonight. I have not seen a sunset quite like tonight. Such rich orange blending to blue, it was very very surreal. Was anyone else in Wiltshire, around Swindon area?

I could cry for missing it!

I've got a few and will upload later - not the best shots as I didn't have time to dig out the tripod and the camera wanted a longer exposure, hence a bit of shake.

Another one wishing he had been out with his camera here! , as I drove over the River Trent the sun was a gorgeous deep red burning through the gathering fog.

Why do all the good sunsets happen on a week day? banghead

Looking towards Derby City Centre last night. Straight from the camera, no processing.
