Photoshop Expert Needed :)

Hi there, hoping someone can help me here. I've got two fashion pictures taken at the end of a catwalk. One is a single female and the other is two females. I need to join the pictures up and massage the background to make the picture look like that of 3 people.

The resulting picture is for use in a glossy mag ad for a small independent shop. I normally do the ads myself, but the other half has asked the impossible this time

If you could post small versions of the component pics here you'd probably get more responses. Depending on what they're like it could be a simple job or a complete nightmare.
