I didn't want to thread jack the Holga post, so im starting a new post for this. CAB asked for some example picts, so here we go smile
Some were taken with a Fisheye 1, and some with V2, but the cams really are not very different (lens itself is the same)
Oh, and ive not resized them (in a hurry!) so they may take a moment to load.

Camden (Pre-fire)

Barcelona, as seen from the hills.

A friend of mine, again in Barcelona

A Scottish road, in the middle of nowhere.

The Smart car of fury.

A warped house.

The actual prints are a bit brighter/clearer than these examples show. My scanner is old, a bit grubby and low spec. Plus its a £40 camera, so its never going to have the professionals worried anyway wink

The Lomo fisheye site has some really good user submitted example picts too. Probably better than mine if im honest paperbag
Hope you guys like em anyway smile

Very interesting, pity about Camden Market. My son tells me the fire started in a pub, is it the one in the pic?.

I think the fire was on the right side of the road that you see in the pict. But a bit further up than you can see there. That was taken on the main road, by inverness street. You'd certainly have seen the fire from where that was taken.
Apologies for the size of some of the picts! I'll try and get the worst offenders resized at some point today.

Thanks PJR - great pics.

Think i have now made my mind up i need a Lomo and should 'invest' in the Nikkor 10.5mm for a full 180 degree view (although i do prefer the circular frame - sure that can be added afterwards tho') ;-)

The fisheye is fun, but as you said in your other post it's not much use indoors, due to the huge shadow the lens casts when the flash fires;

I stupidly put a 36 exposure roll in mine so it will be ages before I get the next lot processed... Oh well!

At least with the Fisheye 2, it has a hot shoe for a flash. Im not likely to use it myself, but the option is there for those that want to take better picts indoors.
Could maybe experiment with different film speeds too? I just used the regular off the shelf kodak 400 stuff.
Strangely, i much prefer using the quirky Lomo to my digi cam. I know, Im a bit odd nuts Im off to NY shortly, so maybe i'll get some good picts there too.
While im here.. I've not forgotten to resize the picts. i've just been busy and lost the use of Photoshop 7, so need to find me an alternative.
