Clone, blur, heal?

I might whiten the window as well as the view is poor?

Photoshop is your only hope...get busy with the Clone Stamp tool and the Dodge & Burn tools.

New layer, set mode to Lighten and then just use the clone tool.

I spent literally 1 minute smoothing out the wrinkles on the right hand side of the throw - I'm sure you could get far better results with a bit more time biggrin

ETA - ah - I think you mean the white bit on the bottom of the bed paperbag

Try using the same method, but setting the layer mode to Darken to remove the lighter bits.

Hawkaye and Blukoo - how did you fix those images? I'd be interested to learn what method you used smile

Mainly the clone stamp and healing brush for me. I did do a little gradient over the right hand side of the valence sheet to give it some shadow.

I ironed the curtains too hehe

You could heat up Beano's Brikon D2X - that'd make a good iron! nuts

I just brushed over it and then used some texture from the bed sheets to make it look a little more realistic. I then lowered the opacity a few % just to show some rinkles through so it didn't look too perfect.

difficult to write a tutorial on, I've used photoshop for over 8 years. It's mainly a combination of the clone and heal tools though.

Well, as you ask, it means that if you're charging commercial money to take photographs, there's a line of thought that says you perhaps should have spotted this problem on the day and fixed it before taking the photo.

However if you searched the hotel from top to bottom and failed to find an iron then I retract my post smile (Don't worry, I'm a picky git)
