Rate my photos please - architecture and textures

Went for a wander today with my Fuji as it was a beautiful bright day. I'm still very much a beginner, so go easy, but I'd like to know what you think of my shots? i'm actually quite chuffed with some of them, they may not be technically right but for the first time I actually ended up with some results that matched my aims - I was looking for shapes, colour, texture and composition more than anything else.

All i've done with these is put them through picasa, some of them have been cropped a bit, a touch of auto-contrast here and there, and thats it.

Not a clue what the colours are like, they look fine to me, but I'm on a crappy monitor.


What do you think? Where can I improve?

They are good - what fuji do you have?

Colours are very contrasting - only problem is half of them are pissed!

Its an S6500fd, 6.3mp job.
These were taken on the 'fujichrome' colour setting (supposed to replicate their film?) - the colours are very strong, but I'm not sure whether its too much or not.

Look pretty good to me - I have the same camera as you I see

I personally always shoot on chrome setting think it makes the photos vibrant but not too much to look stupid!

P.S did you shoot RAW?
