Looking for some recommendations / advice on a vid camera
Looking in the region of upto £200 but not sure what is best to get. Obviously will not get or need a HD one but noticed for that price there are HDD and DVD cameras so not sure which is the best format to go for.
What else should I be looking for?
Firewire
Sound?
Which makes are the best?
Anything else?

I had exactly the same dilemma a month ago – having read up on HDD and DVD I decided to stick with miniDV style (Sony DCR-HC96E from Ebuyer for about £290). More for picture quality and the fact the HDD & DVD have hardcore PC requirements for download and edit.
