As I didn't like any of the wheels being offered as options, I went for boggo steel wheels with the anticipation of sourcing something more sympathetic to the design of the car.

My car is black, so these kinda work, but overall just look too chav:

So I was thinking along the lines of the traditional look, but not sure where I could source a modern version of these:

Any ideas? Or what else could work well?

Black? Snap, so's mine.

Don't like those at all as you say too Chav.

Didn't you like any of the two colour wheels (Thema, Dedra wheels) on the 500.com site? These will be available after launch through dealers. Have a look at the upgrade Bravo wheels when you collect your car as these are the same two colours.

I don't really like the two-tone wheels, they're a bit fussy.

Your suggestion of looking at other models is useful. I quite like the wheels on the Panda Sport:

scratchchin Actually, the more I look at them, the more they might be right... It's Photoshop time now

How about the 16" Speedline wheels from an Integrale Evo2?

(I also have a black Fiat 500 on order and thought that might work)

Are these now available in alloy? The original mag ones disintegrated and split, but they did come with a sticker on them stating "not for steet use"

I thought the mag ones were the 17" ones?

I am referring to the standard 16" alloys that came on the Evo 2

Yes you're right. It's because you put Speedline and I immediately thought of the 17" mags. I think the original 16" evo wheels were a Lancia or Cromadora wheel weren't they?

The 16" 4-stud Evo-style wheels I believe are actually Speedline, so you're half right. I'll try a photoshop of them, but I have a feeling it needs something less fussy.

I don't think that they'd look right either. Look great on a grale though. wink

I agree - in fact, here's another photoshop of them on our actual car:

I think we'll go for it - if they fit (which is very likely). smile
