Just checking after taking the dash out my Chimp to have a go at my droopy wipers. Not elegant, not effective...not much cop frankly. Rename to TVR Lash-ups? Bring it on...

You tell him!

I've seen some pretty scary things on kit cars, yet the overall result and performance was similar to the TVR ethos: it doesn't matter how it looks, it matters how it GOES...

S'ok, I love it again. managed to 'fix' the wiper drivetrain by adopting TVR stylee methods...ie big vice to crimp up the wheel box terminations so as to get the drive cable in closer mesh with the gears. Total cost (apart from the skin off me wrists), £8 on a new park switch just to give it a fighting chance (was quoted c. £400 by a well know indie for this job). And I have wipers again...nah na nah na nah na
