Very nice Dean - love the rig shot

(By the way IMHO - you only really realise how nice the Vantage/DB9/DBS side view is when you see the DB7)

Thanks!

Yeah, the DB7 is a good looking car but it's starting to look dated now compared to the stunning Vantage/DB9/DBS!

Yeah one front left up really high and one to the right towards the rear of the car, again up nice and high.

The DB7 might be dated but to me its still the most beautiful car ever made.

Hi Dean, Really nice photos. Did you use a polarizer on these? for example the rainbow effect on the headlights in picture two? I'm really interested in this as i love the effect!

many thanks

Hi James,

Yes, a polarizer was used for each of the shots. I'm not a fan of the rainbow effect it has on headlights but it's a must have tool when photographing cars.

Why is that? (I'm a DSLR newbie).

The polarizer helps reduce reflections.

here's a vid of what a polarizer does...

A circular polarizer allows you to control reflections (which there are a lot of on cars)

Really like the photos...

...but I hate the full stop after the "\\deanphoto"...

IMHO I think the pictures would be better without the \\dp logo, but if you are going to use it, I think it'd look better without the "."

I'll get my coat.
