Ok, there may be nothing anyone can do with this as it is a scan of a photocopy of a photo but I was wondering if anyone more adapt at photoshop than I am could improve it in any way.

Do you have access to the print or just the photocopy?

Photocopies are black and white - no grey, just black and white.

You can't get back data that the photocopier has thrown away.

could completely rebuild/repaint it putting back aload more detail but it would take at least a days work so sorry, im not about to offer frown

other than that not a lot i imagine unless you get teh original photo and stick it on a decent flatbed

That's what I was afraid of. I aquired the photo about 18 years ago but once I'd copied it the only way I knew how to at the time I gave it back.

Thanks anyway guys.

I didn't think it was snow. I though it was white cos the photocopier had blown the colour out.

Looking at it again, it does look a bit like snow.

unless you have a good library of textures then you're into going out there with your camera and acquiring some new material to put back into this photo

mayang.com can help to a certain extent but i'd be doing a proper shoot to really retsore this professionaly
