Vistaprint - WARNING
Discussion
Now I know a lot of people use their excellent service, inlcuding me, so here is a heads up.
By chance I noticed today a deduction from vprewards.com for 9.95. I looked back and over the last 5 to 6 months I have had deductions of 9.95 each month.
It turns out that when I bought some business cards as part of a deal I had to go through some online survey. On of the conditions of blindly clicking to close the survey down apparantly agreed me to using this service which costs £10 to get discounts of major highstreet stores.
I never willingly signed up so phoned them up and got great response from them - agreed to give me a full refund but it was so easy it got me wondering if they realise just how
ing underhanded it was to do this.
So if you have used vistaprint take a look at your bank statements for something from vprewards.com being deducted - then all them on 0845 672 2002
Good luck (though to be fair they were very helpful despite me being off on one)

I've heard a LOT of people complain about Vistaprint in the past. They offer free samples but need your bank details to "pay for postage", then take out a few quid each month until you notice, phone up, and demand your money back, at which point they return it very quickly, as you said.
We used them recently for some invitations just before Christmas. They never arrived so we called them and they refunded our money and sent out a new batch for us free of charge so we can't really complain. I'll keep an eye on the bank statements for a while now though following this thread.
use www.goodprint.co.uk and support a fellow PHer, or www.smileprint.com ,they're the same company.

I got caught by the Vistaprint scam - VPREWARDS.
They took over £100 from me and a little more from my partner - yes, I should have checked my bank account more often.
The only way I could stop the payments was by informing my bank that I'd lost my debit card and the payments ceased. I then endeavoured to get my monies back without any success.
I won't say what I think of Vistaprint and their so called VPREWARDS on here for fear of being banned.
Be warned - don't deal with Vistaprint.
