Rck of Lamb Recipe

Anyone know a simple recipe for a rack of lamb ?

(I need it for this afternoon)

Chop a few cloves of garlic finely

Chop some mint and rosemary even finer.

Throw a tablespoon of mint sauce and a couple of table spoons of honey in a pot, add the garlic and herbs

Mix

Spread it on the back of the rack

Roast.

Et Voila, Sweet herb encrusted rack of lamb.
