Guglielmi to Return in 2002

CDL racing have launched their new 2002 web site and have confirmed that reigning Tuscan Champion Stephen Guglielmi will stay for another year. Steve will carry the number one on his car next year.

CDL will also move into two new race series next year with entries in both Formula Renault and FIA Sports Cars.

PistonHeads view on this seems to be at odds with the CDL website which states that Guglglgulu... Steve is staying with CDL but to race GT rather than Tuscans.

The Tuscan calendar is also different to that on the CDL site and to what I'd received from elsewhere.

I think the calendar in the Tuscan section is still showing 2001 which is no doubt confusing.

From speaking to Bert Taylor the other day (CDL boss) it was the case that Steve would be doing Tuscans and sportscars but CDL won't be doing GTs in 2002 (they did look into it though).

If you scroll down the calendar the 2002 dates are at the bottom, however they are still different to what I've heard from elsewhere. i.e. end of March at Castle Combe and not with the GT's at Brands.

Seasons Greetings

Thanks for point it out, they were wrong. I've got the correct dates from TVR now.
