Cigarette lighter socket

My mum bought a new base model fiat panda (without a cigarette lighter) but would now like a cigarette lighter socket for the tomtom. I've had a dig around under the trim where it is usually fitted and there is a spare connection. Is it simply a case of buy new bit of trim including cigarette lighter(scrapyard or dealer? Any ideas greatly appreciated) and plugging it into the spare connection and away she goes?
