Scottish Motorshow, Speed 12?

[adamfraser]

Hi All, Never really ponder in here but something crossed my mind today and I thought I would ask. I was at the Scottish Motorshow a few years ago, i couldny place a year, around 2000 I think. I distinctly remember being allowed on the TVR stand, and allowed to look around and in one of their Racecars they had. Beautiful in Full black, no decals. Not knowing what it was, I had a look around, picked up a few leaflets, and off i went.

Whilst stumbling on google a while ago i found this image -

And it reminded me of the car. Big wing at the back, and the twin sidepipe exhausts. Can anyone shed any history on the car? Would love to know more about it.

Thanks in advance,
Adam
