Free, or cheap, webspace. Can anyone help ?

I'm looking for a source of webspace that will allow external linking to images (webphoto, fotango etc. no good for application) and has reasonable advertising-say a banner ad at the head of each page, rather than multiple pop-ups
Can anyone help ?
