Hi all,

I'm looking for the above! Is photoshop still the one to go for? It'll be used for basic stuff, nothing pro, so ease of use is the most important thing!

Cheers,

Andy.

PS - Anyone got any tips on video editing software also?

One programme I use for ease of sorting is Foto Station. Very cheap and easy to use and available to download on line. The features are very basic (the contrast/brightness changes can be too much) but then I also use Paint Shop Pro for more detailed work. For just basic stuff though the above is fine.

Paint Shop Pro is pretty good. I'm on version X2 now, and it does all I want (mind you, the bulk of post-processing gets done in Lightroom now, with PSP mostly used for sharpening, adding borders and the odd bit of firtling that doesn't come under Lightroom's remit).
