Which Shell Helix Oil used by Torque RVT

I've been trying to get in touch with Ian at Torque RVT without luck over the last couple of days.

Can any tell me what Shell Helix oil he uses for servicing? I need to top my oil but all I know is that he'd used Shell Helix on my last service but I'm not sure if its the full synthetic oil (Helix Ultra) or the semi synthetic oil?
