Getrag Center Gear Knob

I have a gear knob starter button and I'm thinking of going back to the std gear knob and putting the start button on the dash or in the centre consul. Has anyone got a the std gear knob and gaitor that is surplus to requirements?

I have the round ball that came with the kit if you're looking for that. I won't be using it.

Where did you source your stalks for the steering? Were they tough to install & wire in?

The stalks are from a Ford Escort, which seems to be gaining popularity in the UK there is a detailed explaination on Stig's site on them.
