2500M Springs

I'm looking to replace suspension on my 2500M. The coilover's that I've taken off the car are Spax G767's, which I'm looking to replace with either AVO PD418's £86 each inc.Vat or GAZ GP5 2279's £72 each inc.Vat. Both are single adjustable'Bump', height adjustable with poly bush's.

The problem is I havn't got a clue what springs to buy? I can buy the AVO's from David Gerald for £492 with DG's own spec springs fitted but £148 for springs seems a bit much!

2500M weighs 1016kg?

All the above dampers are 16" open and 10.5" closed.

Spax spring: 15 coils, 10mm, 2.25ID and the free length is 384mm.

Also when you look on shock's web sites the 2500 is always paired with the 1600? The 3000 is always has a seperate coded damper?
