Weber Jet sizes..............

Chaps,
Firstly...Does anybody know which standard jet sizes for main, needle, air corrector and idle are fitted to the 38dgas/dgav as fitted to the 3.0 essex.
I have a ported 38 to 40 carb and want to set up for a 3.1 stage three engine.
Don't want to run it too lean just in case!
If anybody has got any decent info for starting point that would be good.

If no one comes up with any suggestions it might be worth looking at www.redlineweber.com as they have quite a bit of technical stuff up on their site. Not sure if there's anything on jet sizes but worth a look.
