Got some eggs that need using up. Any ideas for a quick and easy meal?

Stick them in the microwave, full power, as they are, dont crack them open and see what happens smile

Omelette with cheese ham mushrooms peppers and nice salad with few chips.

Boil 3 minutes
salt (yes I know it's bad)
toast (cut ala Soldiers)

Hey, I've got two slices of bread and some cheese that needs using up.

I'm standing here, looking at this bloody bread and cheese.

Just can't think of a damn thing.

Possibly the PH "I don't know how to wipe my own bum" thread of the week.

But yes, it has to be make an omelette. Or fried egg sandwich.

crumb the bread, heat some oil, put the crumbs in the pan and brown them, then lob in the cheese and melt in, allow to cool and have a crunchy cheese mess

(I made that one up)

Go to McDonalds? Throw those eggs away on the way out - you're not a gay like Heston Blumenthal, so why should you make your own food?
