New TVR Parts Website
New site allows TVR owners to buy parts online
TVR owners should find it easier to get hold of parts from today, thanks to a new website.
Main dealer Racing Green TVR is offering enthusiasts the chance to browse and purchase online from an increasing selection of over 2500 TVR lines already held in stock.
Racing Green says an established relationship with Multipart allows for quick turnarounds on orders.
The website, www.thetvrshop.com, has images of the parts and is easy to use, said managing director Colin Bowler.
‘We see this website as augmenting the service we already offer our customers.
‘By giving them an insight into the extensive range of parts we offer we hope to allow them to understand all the options open to them.
‘Our trained engineers can provide a full fitting service or we can ship the parts directly on request.
‘It is all about giving customer’s choice and empowering them in their decisions.’
God I hate all this touchy-feely mumbo-jumbo bo
ocks.
There are certian TVR parts suppliers, who already exist(and most of us know who they are), who are a lot cheaper.
well it will be the first of many!
Think you dropped something:

Said my bit I'm out of here to something more productive.

and you'll never guess what happened.
It empowered a decision!!! I kid you not! it empowered my decision to not buy them because they seemed a bit pricey.

DISCLAIMER
Racing green is a great place, if not just to oggle the huuuge range of stunning cars they always seem to have in stock. they are held in high regard by many tvr oweners as well as Jaguar owners too (probaly lots of other marques too). I have had work done by them before, and it was done to a very high standard. The sales guys are really nice, and one looks a bit like richard o'brian which is nice.
They are, however, in my most humble opinion, and as it happens the opinion of my ever over-streched bank balance, a little bit more expensive than some alternatives. Wheter the level of service and quality of part they offer is reflected in this price differential I could not possible say (because I dont have a scooby doo!)
Meanwhile - good site, well organised, but I can't see a single picture which puts me off. I'd buy HT leads without a photo but not a wheel, for instance.
