Upgrading Satnav on S8

[Number13]

I have a 2000 S8 with Navigation Plus fitted (CD based satnav/6 disk autochanger and TV). Is it possible to update this to the more up to date DVD based system fitted to the latest Audi range? CD system takes an age to startup and calculate, and has extremely limited range of streets available to it, and no postcode search.

Cheers
