Dim speedo

Can anyone tell me if the speedo on my GTO3 just pulls out of the dash before I attempt to take it out, or do I have to access it from behind the dash. Need to find out why its not as bright as the other gauges when I put my lights on, (hopefully its just a matter of changing a bulb or two). Also struggling to make out the mileage. Thanks

You need to get yer shirt sleeve up.

Ages since I did it, it is fairly easy, it is also easy to dislodge cables from the rev counter, just be gentle and look for other cables dropping out.
