Which DVD camcorder ?!?!- help please...
Discussion
Morning. Have been looking at the the Sony DCR-DVD 106 DVD camcorder. For c. £200 I dont see how I can go too wrong. Anyone care to endorse or otherwise. I'm really just after a half decent DVD camcorder to take on holiday.
Also how easy is the mini-DVD format to use? Should I stick to tape ?
thanks

When I bought my Camcorder a couple of years ago I was told if you really only ever want to record and then show that recording on your TV then go for DVD. If you're planning to edit and fiddle with recordings go for tape.
I don't know if it's still good advice and having not had DVD I don't know how that works but tape is very easy to use and to edit (as long as your PC is up to it!).
