Who won the bit of see through plastic that goes on your rear numberplate to absorb radar and avoid speeding charges. Ted was not sure what happened to it. Was it sold? If not and you have it; please send Ted a checque for his charities - Hearing Dogs for the deaf or Cancer Research.
