Spooted (twice) in Fleet, Hants

Hi

Spotted a dark green (I think, I am colour blind!) Ginetta twice in Fleet over the past week. First time was last Thursday (1st November) going down the high street, then again this morning coming down Beacon Hill Road towards Fleet.

Roof off both times, well done

I was in the silver Monaro going the other way.

Hi, that's a bit like saying I spotted a Lotus going down the High Street!

More of a description needed. Like Lotus, 'lots' of models.

You shouldn't have confessed to the 'spooted' - we'd have naturally thought you were one of those nice wee canny kind

I must admit, even though I love Ginettas and have seen them racing many times, I have no idea what this one was. All I know was that it was on a Q plate and was a convertible with a black single roll bar, and round headlights.

Looking at the website, I would say it was an "older" one. Posibly a G4? The words Chocolate and Teapot are sprining to mind

That said, never seen any in Fleet before.
